The model 283 Pressure Decay Leak Detector utilises much of the high performance technology found in the Model 290 while providing a cost effective solution to many production line leak-test applications.

C-MAX Data Handling & Control Software

C-MAX provides a method of controlling and logging up to 32 test processes from a central unit. It can perform full method control including sequencing on each of the connected test instruments.

It is possible for both Flow and Leak Detection instruments to be connect to the PC based system simultaneously. The system also includes integrity checking with fault analysis and alarm. The software collects the data from the instruments and gives a real time display of test results. This also includes the display of user programmable alarms.

Results are collated directly into database formats as well as being able to display graphical results and trends. It is also possible to analyse information by SQR/SPQ modules.

C-MAX - Configuration

  • PC Based software running under Windows NT4.
  • Provides full instrument control and data processing.
  • Can handle multiple instrument channels.
  • For use with the 200 series range of instruments.
  • Compatible with suitably upgraded FCO90/100's.

C-MAX - Connectivity

  • Remote or at-line installation.
  • Instrument can be within 1km of PC and communicate at 19.2k baud.
